Hummm.. too bad there wasn’t something built into their program that double checks and alerts if there’s a duplicate name or ID#. This kind of mistake seems to happen way too often.
I suspect it’s more of a record-keeping issue with a mix up. Or, the original kitten died and they cooked the books. Memphis is long overdue for a full audit by a qualified assessor.
